Our plan is for our ceremony to be held outdoors on a patio (weather permitting), so we recommend dressing with both style and comfort in mind. Midwest weather is unpredictable and can range from hot to cold in the same day:

For Ladies: Formal cocktail dresses or maxi dresses are appropriate. Heels are welcome, but consider block heels or wedges for easier movement on outdoor surfaces. A wrap or light jacket is a good idea for the evening breeze.

For Gents: Light or midweight fabric suits are ideal for the outdoor setting. A button-up shirt and tie without a jacket is also perfectly acceptable.
